COMPETENCY FRAMEWORKS

Building and implementing a competency framework throughout your organisation is a proven way to maximise performance and deliver results and future success. Trained and certified by Korn Ferry, I will partner with you at the heart of your business to define a set of common competencies that link directly to your organisations values and goals. From here we can work deeper into the organisation to define the key competencies required across different levels/areas of the business to support talent management, leadership development and succession planning.

360 LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT

This 360 leadership assessment is a must for anyone who wants to receive a complete picture and feedback into their skills, effectiveness and influence as an executive, leader or manager. The assessment includes a full coaching debrief session with me and the creation of a focused and powerful development plan.

MASTER BRAINSTORMING

This is an opportunity to be creative, think outside of the box, and let your mind run wild. If you’re looking to come up with a new ideas or expand your business in new ways, then I will work with you 1:1, as an entrepreneur, business leader, or in a group workshops to maximise your value and creativity.

 

Can be completed remotely, onsite or I have even done it climbing a mountain!
